Happy Birthday Lily!!!

It's so hard to believe that in a few short days, my Lily Bug will be 6 years old!  To celebrate, I called my friend Darcie, over at Two Chics and a Canvas to come and do the party for me.  IT WAS AMAZING!!!  We had 16 girls and I barely lifted a finger!  Darcie set-up, led the girls step by step through canvas painting (which they got to keep), and cleaned up!  All I had to do was take pictures and serve cake and ice cream!  If you have an artistic child in your life...you should definitely check her out!

Parks Siblings

It was such a pleasure photographing Evan and his baby sister Ella!  We met at a park and had fun making animal sounds and playing chase the lady with the camera!  These two are so adorable and have the most gorgeous blue eyes!!!  I could photograph them all day!

Hale Family

I had such a great time chasing these two boys around the park!  They weren't in the picture taking mood that morning, so we had fun playing instead.  I managed to sneak in few really cute pictures of these adorable little boys and their sweet parents!

Pretty and Posh Parties

A couple of weeks ago, I had the pleasure of shooting a fabulous birthday party by Pretty and Posh Parties!  From the moment the girls entered the room, they were in awe!!!  The decorations were gorgeous, the ladies who run the party were personable and entertaining, the party flowed well...everything was perfect!  If you have a little girl in your life, you should definitely check out their website!  They have many party packages to choose from like a spa party or a tea party, just to name a couple.  You won't be disappointed!

Signs of Spring

Well, it seems that spring has arrived early in Indiana this year!  This past week has been full of some record high days and what better time to get out and practice with my camera!!!

NYIP Unit 2 Submissions

WOW!  I had such a hard time with the assignments for Unit 2.  I took tons of pictures, over the course of 3 months, before I finally decided on some!  I am so hard on myself and kept second guessing all the images.  Well, the envelope has been sealed and is well on its way to New York City so there is no turning back now!  With my fingers crossed, hoping for a good review, I am going to get started on my unit 3 projects.

Sarah and Max

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of photographing the sweetest mommy and her two year old son!  We met at the park and it started out as a beautiful Saturday afternoon in February, but the temperature quickly dropped as the afternoon went on.  Max is such a happy, active guy!  I spent the time following him around as he played and managed to sneak in a few of him with his mommy.  Thanks for keeping me on my toes Max!!!
